NEWSLETTER HIGHLIGHTS FOR MAY
In the past month, AlphaECC successfully completed several ongoing projects for hand-over to our clients:
· Drill Floor Manipulator Arm (DFMA-P) FAT Completion: We have successfully completed the trial runs and Factory Acceptance Tests for the DFMA-P, a heavy-duty guide and lifting arm designed to handle large horizontal static and dynamic loads. AlphaECC managed the entire process, including procurement, fabrication, machining, painting, hydraulic & electrical equipment assembly, and pre-commissioning. The product was manufactured in strict compliance with EN287/288 standards and tolerances according to ISO 13920/ISO 2768. This order was placed by a long-standing client, a leading global company in the oil and gas sector based in Norway.
· Ladles Ready for Delivery: We have completed ladles to a loyal client in Italy, which will be installed at a steel manufacturing plant in the USA. Our scope of supply included eight ladles fabricated according to the client's design. These products are used to hold molten steel in the steel production line.
· HRSG Parts Delivery for FLNG Project: This was the third and final delivery for the project, including tube bundles, casing, bypass ducts, and stacks, with a total weight of nearly 300 tons. Our team worked diligently to meet the committed schedule, ensuring the parts were ready for installation into complete HRSG modules on site. Our client, a renowned company in energy recovery solutions in Norway, supervised the manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to international standards.
