FPSO STG Module – STEAM TURBINE GENERATOR
AlphaECC is proud to announce the successful completion and delivery of a 1,200-ton Steam Turbine Generator (STG) module. This project has received the highest recognition from our clients, setting a new benchmark for quality that surpasses what other EPC contractors have achieved.
The project was managed by a smart, experienced, and comprehensive project control team, with an average workforce of 150 personnel, peaking at 300 during critical phases, all working within the confined space of the module. Our team achieved an impressive 394,864 man-hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI).
Over months, AlphaECC meticulously executed the procurement, and construction of piping, electrical & instrumentation, structural elements, vessels, and notably, the successful installation of the 260-ton STG. Due to the high-pressure and high-temperature inlet of the process, all materials (Gr.P22) and construction progress were rigorously controlled and supervised by all involved parties.
This new and advanced technology process module, with its outstanding achievements in safety, quality, and schedule, paves the way for AlphaECC and our long-term clients to expand further into the rapidly growing market.
