World’s First FPSO Post-Combustion Carbon Capture Unit Delivered
We are proud to witness the world’s first post-combustion carbon capture unit for FPSO set off to its installation site.
The 50-ton package, which includes a process module skid and an attached combustion column skid, was meticulously built in strict adherence to the specifications, design, procurement, and manufacturing requirements outlined in the FPSO Applicable Codes & Standards.
The first unit will be deployed in Angola, and I am optimistic that it will soon find applications in oil and gas production in Norway, Vietnam, and beyond,” said the Ambassador of Norway to Vietnam at the “Steel Cut Ceremony” held in September 2023.
