Continued Success in Delivering WHRU - WASTE HEAT RECOVERY UNIT to Angola
AlphaECC continues to strengthen its legacy with the delivery of another WHRU (Waste Heat Recovery Unit) to Angola.
Over the past decade, this conventional product has seen a significant surge in demand, prompting us to establish a dedicated project team to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency.
This 250-ton package was completed in approximately 8 months, encompassing a comprehensive system of components, including the convection section, coil, tubes (over 3,000 in diameter), system inlet, bypass, main stacks, terminal-end, return-end, header boxes, hopper, horizontal inlet, T-ducts, main outlet, bypass outlet, transition/raft supports, rain hats/bird screens, handrails, and ladders.
One of the key challenges was strictly adhering to the stringent tolerances required for factory trial fitting and site installation, which were successfully met and highly approved.
