ROLLER TABLES FOR STEEL MANFACTURE PLANT IN U.S.A
Following a 40-week fabrication period, AlphaECC has successfully finalized a 640-ton Roller Table system, ready for handover to our German client. AlphaECC's scope of work includes material supply, fabrication, machining, mechanical installation, and oil pipe system installation.
This product presented a significant challenge for the fabrication team in terms of machining time and precision machining tolerances, with approximately 6,500 parts requiring machining that not every fabricator can accomplish.
The product is exported to the U.S.A, necessitating high standards in packaging and fabrication management. We are pleased to have successfully overcome these challenges to complete and deliver the product with the assured quality commitment to the client.
