MAY’S HIGH PRESSURE VESSELS COMPLETED AND DELIVERED - OFFSHORE FULL-FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
This one of the biggest EPC contracts of 2016, in term of fabrication complexity and value, took us 6 months to deliver.
The series of pressure vessels (ranged from 130 barg to 360 barg) includes:
- One interstage scrubber (tkn 130mm – 27,000kgs);
- One production separator (tkn 120mm – 100,000 kgs);
- One suction scrubber (tkn 70mm - 27,000 kgs);
This EPC contract, to a major offshore full-field development project, strictly conforms to ASME Section VIII, Division 2, Add 2013, with welding overlay and post weld heat treatment.
This order marked a breakthrough of AlphaECC to fabricate vessel with thickness at 130 mm, its ever thickest product.
The success of this contract enhances AlphaECC’s capacity in manufacture of heavy-wall pressure vessels.
Project safety, quality and schedule are soundly met.
