MIXERS AND SETTLERS FOR THE RARE EARTHS REFINERY PROJECT - ENEABBA
November marked a significant milestone for our team as we commenced the production of mixers and settlers for a “Rare Earths Refinery” project, in collaboration with a world-renowned client.
All work performed and materials supplied under this scope comply with the applicable statutory requirements of the Australian Federal, Western Australian State, and Local Authorities. This includes adherence to standards such as AS/NZS, EN 10204, ASME, and ISO 1000, 10005:2018, 17025, and 7010.
As always, our scope of work encompasses shop design, procurement, fabrication, quality control, shop assembly, testing, surface protection (including stainless steel passivation), thermal insulation panel preparation and installation, and packaging for road transport.
This comprehensive package consists of mixers and settlers constructed entirely of stainless steel, with a total weight of up to 1,800 tons.
