101" - 96" PACKER CANS AND FLANGES FOR PRONAL
Following several successful deliveries to Pronal (a France-based company specializing in aeronautical industry, defense, energy, offshore, environment…), this month AlphaECC has delivered another package of Packer Cans for their offshore projects.
Packer Cans with rubber buoys which fill cement into the jacket piles & holes (2,900mm x 2,560mm x 35mm) at 1.1tons per each, are manufactured in accordance with ISO:2768, ISO:13920, ISO 6H,6h/Gaz A,H. at AlphaECC.
Recent Pronal projects undertaken by AlphaECC include:
- GPAU (Grout Packer Activation Unit) which inflates rubber ball inside the can.
- 20 ROV panels (L 920 x W 487 x H 520) which operates the ROV to pressurize the can when there is loss of pressure between the GPAU and the can.
- Multiple size Brides, shape stoppers, leg and floors, flanges...
AlphaECC team was responsible for: installation, testing, supply of manpower, equipment and materials.
