COMPLETION OF GAS DEHYDRATION PACKAGE FOR GAS DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE SYSTEM PROJECT FOR PVGAS
In 2015, AlphaECC completed the installation of a Dehydration Skid for PVGAS (PVGD) for a gas distribution Plant North Vietnam.
The station receives natural gas from Thai Binh gas field to process and supply consumers through a low pressurized natural gas distribution system. The skid made by Alpha ECC removes water vapor from natural gas before it can be commercially marketed.
This Dehydration package includes several pressure vessels and systems such as:
- Contactor & feed gas heater
- TEG skid (flash vessel, re-boiler, still column, stripping column, reflux exchanger, glycol filter, surge vessel, glycol cooler, reflux drum, water pump, piping & valve and overall skid structures)
- Cooling system (cooling tower, water pump, piping, valve and structures)
- Chemical skid (tank, pump, piping & valve and structures)
- Glycol make-up (tank and pump)
All vessels were manufactured in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, with U certification marks and weight totally over 80 tons.
The overall duration of this project took over 11 months, including engineering, procurement, construction and installation.
