UGS skid moving forward
Utility Gas Conditioning Skid (UGS) is moving forward at AlphaECC's fabrication workshop. This is scheduled to be delivered to Petronas Carigali Vietnam soon at the beginning of October 2008.
UGS is the third skid package, including CDV (Closed drain vessel), CIS (Chemical Injection Skid), to be supplied to Pearl Project, Petronas Carigali Vietnam.
UGS contains the a Gas scrubber vessel, two gas filter and various process instruments, controls, etc. Most of skid parts are built with Stainless steel 316L and carbon steel low-temparature A333 Gr6.
UGS is the first of this type to be ever designed, built and delivered by a Vietnamese Company. This expresses the capability of Vietnamese engineers to achieve advanced level of equipment package design.
