FINAL DELIVERY OF 2,200T PROCESS TANKS
We are pleased to announce the full handover of a major project that lasted more than one year for a rare earth refinery in Australia.
The project included a total of 196 process tanks, with a combined weight of approximately 2,200 metric tons, fabricated from stainless steel and super duplex materials.
Key challenges, including a tight schedule and multiple design changes, were successfully overcome through the strong commitment and teamwork of our organization—from top management to the workshop floor.
As part of AlphaECC’s typical scope, we carried out shop detailing design, procurement, fabrication, quality control, shop assembly, testing, surface protection (stainless steel passivation), thermal insulation panel preparation, workshop installation, and packaging for road transportation of the complete stainless-steel mixer and settler packages.
We are proud to affirm that our project team delivered outstanding performance, contributing to the project’s overall success and encouraging continued confidence and future orders from our client.
This type of equipment plays a critical role in refinery operations and clearly demonstrates our capability and capacity to supply high-specification process tanks in stainless steel and super duplex materials for rare earth processing in the mining industry.
