ALPHAECC’S RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS IN JUNE
1. 90-ton Elevator Tower Delivery: AlphaECC successfully delivered a 90-ton Elevator Tower for installation on a vessel supporting the wind power industry. The project involved heavy machining and advanced electrical control systems integration. This highlights AlphaECC’s capability to produce and deliver large-scale, specialized equipment in the maritime sector.
2. Third Batch Delivery for External Platforms (USA): 24 units of External Platforms – accumulating a total of 1,900 tons out of 3,200 tons - were delivered for a major wind power project in the USA. These platforms are part of a long-term contract with a European partner, supplying secondary structures for offshore wind turbines. Stringent tolerances were meticulously controlled to ensure compatibility during installation.
3. WHRU Products Delivery for FPSO Vessel (Africa): AlphaECC completed the delivery of three sets of WHRU (Waste Heat Recovery Unit) components, totaling nearly 500 tons. These components are for an FPSO vessel in Africa, reinforcing AlphaECC’s position as a key supplier in the oil & gas and offshore energy sectors.
4. Open Drain Caissons (USA): These were successfully delivered to a long-standing customer in the USA. The caissons are made from Super Duplex, a challenging material to weld due to strict gas and heat control requirements. AlphaECC’s expertise in handling Super Duplex materials ensured the seamless execution of the project.
