FLARE GAS RECOVERY UNIT ON THE DELIVERY SHIP
Another technological equipment unit named Flare Gas Recovery Unit Skid with dimensions of 12,020x7,900x8,500m and a weight of 72.6 tons has been completely fabricated by AlphaECC and handed over to an American client last December.
Our scope of work included the fabrication of an ASME NR-13 separator, piping system, structure, and control system, which were installed and tested to client specifications. The product is manufactured to Brazilian standards and will be installed on an FPSO to recover flare gas for reuse in the FPSO's gas-fired operations.
Flare Gas Recovery Unit (FGRU) is an industrial system designed to capture and process waste gas that would otherwise be burned off at a flare stack. These flares are often seen in oil and gas refineries, chemical plants, and other industrial facilities. AlphaECC is proud to be involved in products that contribute to the conservation of gas energy and environmental protection.
