Daihung 1 modification job awarded
AlphaECC's been currently awarded by Vietsovpetro, a nation biggest oil production company, to carry out the modification of Daihung 1 oil platform (Big Bear 1).
The modification will includes of the extension of main deck, installation of several new flowlines and adjustment of the control and communication system on platform. All of fabrication works will be performed at AlphaECC workshop in Vungtau and installation, commissioning will be carried out on the platform.
Eventhough, AlphaECC has been regular service contractor for platform modification and maintenance for many platform operators in Vietnam but this is the first time, AlphaECC delivers the offshore service to Vietsovpetro (VSP). This award opens a gate for AlphaECC to access to more than 20 offshore platforms owned and operated by VSP in the near future.
