MIXERS AND SETTLERS (RARE EARTHS PROJECT – WESTERN AUSTRALIA)
November marked a significant milestone for our team as we began producing mixers and settlers for a significant Western Australian Rare Earths Project, in collaboration with a globally renowned customer.
All work performed and materials supplied under this scope adhere strictly to the applicable statutory requirements of the Australian Federal, Western Australian State, and Local Authorities (AS/NZS). This includes compliance with EN 10204, ASME, and ISO standards (1000, 10005:2018, 17025, and 7010).
As part of this project, we will manage the shop design, procurement, fabrication, quality control, shop assembly, testing, surface protection (stainless steel passivation), thermal insulation panel preparation, installation in the workshop, and packaging for road transport of the complete stainless-steel mixer and settler packages.
The total package comprises up to 1,800 tons of pure stainless steel, reflecting the scale and precision required for this critical project.
