NEW CONTRACT FOR HEAVY CNC MACHINING ROLLER TABLE SYSTEM
AlphaECC has recently signed a contract with a familiar customer, a leading global company in steel manufacturing equipment, to fabricate, machine, and assemble the roller table system.
This is a substantial project, weighing approximately 500 tons, with high complexity and involving multiple types of materials. It also marks the first major contract for the Precision Machining Department (CNC), a newly established division expected to be a key driver of AlphaECC's growth in the coming years.
Recently, alongside the establishment of the CNC Department, AlphaECC has made significant investments in workshop infrastructure and the acquisition of state-of-the-art CNC machines.
The company possesses some of the largest machining equipment domestically, such as a milling machine with a 16-meter X-axis, among others. With the current machinery capabilities, the company is able to process large components weighing over 100 tons in a single operation, achieving a high level of precision.
